Our Mission

GADI e.V is a German membership organization that promotes sustainable development cooperation through sponsorship, financial support, and the realization of sustainable projects in African countries. Moreover, we provide opportunities for African youths and youths with an African migration background in Germany to connect, learn and engage critically with a wide range of topics and ideas about their continent today. Through our events, publications, and digital channels we share insight, instigate debate, and facilitate mutual understanding between Germany and countries in Africa. We believe that young Africans needs role models and all member of the diaspora can contribute to transforming and positioning Africa and her Diaspora beyond the stereotypes. 

Our mission is to unify and mobilize the African diaspora to provide education and opportunities in Germany and on the continent while contributing to the development and prosperity of African nations.
